Cam Boen is a senior strength and conditioning coach at Sanford Sports in Bemidji, Minnesota. He started in 2021.

Boen trains athletes as young as five years old to college athletes and adults. He values the diverse group of athletes he trains, building relationships and watching them succeed in adulthood.

He believes coaching goes beyond the whiteboard and that there is a place for fitness in everyone’s day. He strives to create realistic and sustainable training programs to maximize success.

Boen enjoys working at Sanford Sports because of their reputation for training elite athletes and being on the cutting edge of strength and development training. He values the support to continue his education, allowing him to grow and become the best version of himself.

Boen is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He holds a degree in exercise science.
