Sanford Sports in Rapid City, SD
Sanford Sports helps people of all ages improve their athleticism and skills through research-backed programs and services. We work with athletes from the Black Hills region, including Box Elder, Custer, Spearfish, Sturgis, Rapid City and Rapid Valley.
Sanford Sports has acquired the former E3 Sports Complex in Rapid City and is currently setting up shop in that building. In that space, our Sanford Sports Academy coaches will provide programs for kids to improve sport-specific skills in basketball, volleyball and golf. Also, Sanford Sports Performance will offer year-round strength and conditioning services and sport physical therapy to help athletes reach and maintain peak performance. Those offerings will start going live in the fall of 2026 and into 2027.
In 2029, Sanford Sport plans to move into the Rapid City Sports Complex.

Sanford Sports has coaches at Central High School, Stevens High School and Sturgis High School who provide strength and conditioning programs.
Athletes in the Black Hills can get sports nutrition and mental performance services remotely from our team in Sioux Falls. Performance testing is also available by traveling to Sioux Falls. More services are coming soon.
