
Jenny Dalland, MS, ATC, LAT
Athletic TrainerJenny Dalland started with Sanford Sports in 2016. As an athletic trainer, Dalland works with patients of all ages and activity levels to help them overcome injury and safely transition back to activity or sport. She also assists in 3D technology services used in conjunction with physical therapy services.
Dalland’s area of expertise is running injury prevention through 3D running analysis, AlterG Return to Running programs and Sanford Health Athletic Readiness Program (SHARP) sessions.
She takes the time to understand her patient’s goals and previous setbacks to jointly craft a treatment plan that is likely to succeed. She prioritizes empathy and understanding to help ease the process of returning from injury.
Dalland enjoys working at Sanford Sports for the opportunity to help people of different ages and activity levels return to their passions. She also appreciates the collaboration among the conditioning staff, physical therapists and sports science experts to reach a shared goal—providing the highest level of care possible to all patients.
Dalland is a certified and licensed athletic trainer with a master’s degree in exercise physiology from The College of St. Scholastica.
