
Jordan Soukup
High School Strength & Conditioning CoachJordan Soukup has been a high school strength and conditioning coach at Sanford Sports since 2014. He was the lead strength coach at Roosevelt High School from 2015-2023 and serves in the same role for Harrisburg High School.
Soukup began his career as an intern at the University of Wisconsin-Madison strength and conditioning program where he assisted with the football team under the supervision of Ben Herbert.
He earned his master’s degree in human performance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and served as a strength and conditioning graduate assistant from 2012-2014. During that time, Soukup assisted and led the training for various athletic programs, including football, volleyball, softball, women’s gymnastics and women’s basketball.
In 2014, Soukup interned at the University of Missouri strength and conditioning program, assisting in training for football, tennis, swimming, diving, softball and volleyball.
He enjoys working at Sanford Sports for the opportunity to serve others and add value. He appreciates the impact and development that is accomplished at the high school.
Soukup is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
