Sports Performance Team

Our expert team of athletic trainers, strength & conditioning coaches, personal trainers, sports physical therapists, exercise physiologist, sports nutritionist, performance psychology specialist and biomechanists blend physical performance, injury prevention, recovery, nutrition, and mental readiness to develop the whole athlete. The Sanford Sports Performance program teaches techniques based on scientific principles supported by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and USA Weightlifting. Our degreed strength coaches are all Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) through the NSCA.
