
Jim Lloyd
Senior Strength & Conditioning CoachJim Lloyd is a senior strength and conditioning coach who has been with Sanford Sports since 1998. He trains athletes from middle school to 79 years old for sport and general fitness.
Lloyd’s training focuses on movement patterns and techniques and may use nontraditional equipment.
He also trains tactical athletes, including military, police and firefighters. He prepares them to pass their enrollment physical examinations and readies them for their day-to-day challenges.
Lloyd enjoys working at Sanford Sports for the opportunity to train a wide variety of athletes of all ages. He believes Sanford Sports is the best training facility in Sioux Falls, and he is grateful to be surrounded by great strength coaches who develop the best training programs.
Lloyd holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports management. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) and Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
