Baseball Teams and Leagues

Develop your baseball game by joining a team or league at Sanford Sports Academy. You’ll learn essential skills like hitting, pitching and fielding and put them to the test in real team competitions.

Our teams and leagues include:

Summer teams: Available for boys ages 10 to 18. Learn more
Fall league: Available for boys ages 10 to 14. Learn more
Spring indoor league: Available for boys ages five to eight. Learn more

Each team’s schedule and tournaments are driven by Sanford Sports Academy’s three main program pillars – bettering athletes, achieving goals and providing an unforgettable experience.

This is made possible by our experienced coaching staff who all share a passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of young athletes.

Summer Teams

Summer teams are available for boys ages 10 to 18. The season starts in December and concludes in July.

Practices: Twice weekly at the Sanford Diamonds

Competition: Eight to 10 local and regional tournaments

Sanford Sports Academy offers a variety of camps and clinics seasonally at the Sanford Fieldhouse and Sanford Diamonds for 10U-18U athletes. Whether it’s a one-day clinic or a multi-day camp, each session is tailored to specific skills and age groups, with options available for all experience levels.

Skills covered, age ranges, durations and costs vary by session, allowing athletes to choose the experience that best fits their goals.

Sanford Sports Academy offers Winter Training at the Sanford Fieldhouse from December through March, exclusively for athletes on its club baseball teams (10U–18U). Training sessions are open to all skill levels and are designed to support player development throughout the off-season.

Sanford Sports Academy offers the GASS (Gain Athleticism Strength Speed) Program at the Sanford Fieldhouse from September through November, exclusively for athletes on its club baseball teams (14U–18U). Training sessions are for advanced skill levels. It’s designed to improve overall athleticism for baseball athletes in a fun and supporting environment.
