Semi-personal group training geared towards athletes in grades 9-12.
This program runs four days a week, Monday -Thursday.
Our coaches recognize that these athletes are in a train-to-train stage and will develop sessions that include structured strength and conditioning. Their focus is to aid in the shift from general to more specified training in terms of development for their sport.
Our training model is designed to fit their in-season and off-season needs.
