Our November Train & Play Series is a great opportunity for athletes to get extra reps in a fun and competitive environment after their school seasons wrap up and before club season begins! Each 90-minute session includes roughly 45 minutes of training and warm-up followed by 45 minutes of live play or small, game-like situations.
