Our High School Training Camp is designed to get you ready for your season that is right around the corner.

Led by our Sanford Sports Basketball Academy staff, workouts will take place three consecutive days. We will focus on the individual skills and overall concepts that will best prepare the athlete for their upcoming high school try-outs. 

• Individual skill work will include shooting, passing, ball-handling, finishing, scoring moves, offensive & defensive footwork, rebounding, and even conditioning!
• Concepts will include on and off ball screening, decision making with the ball, transition drills, and advantage/disadvantage situations.
• Competitive drills and 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, and 5v5 play.
• Workouts tailored to all positions
