Location: VFW Sports Center
4th - 7th grade: 6 - 7 p.m.
8th - 12th grade: 7:15 - 8:15 p.m.

Development camp consisting of hockey specific and dryland training. Gain confidence in your game. Improve speed, strength, explosiveness and work on hockey specific skills for the development of the complete hockey player.

There will be 1 hour of of on ice development including power skating, scoring techniques, and stick handling/passing techniques; 2 hours a week of athletic performance with a certified strength and conditioning coach focusing on speed, strength, agility, and power development for the hockey athlete; and 2 hours a week of hockey specific training on our Woodway Skating treadmill and the synthetic ice.
