This camp is for all high school athletes that are not in a winter sport. The camp is designed for the out-of- season athlete who may be preparing for their spring sport. The focus is on improving flexibility/ mobility, acceleration, linear and maximum speed, agility, power by using plyometrics (jump training) and medicine ball training, and vertical and horizontal force development through strength and power training techniques.
