
Ryan Woroniecki
Strength & Conditioning CoachRyan Woroniecki is a strength and conditioning coach at Sanford Sports. He started in 2025.
Woroniecki began coaching while he was a physical therapy student and football player at the University of Mary (UMary). He assisted with coaching inside linebackers and designed and implemented lifting programs for the football team. Woroniecki was the team captain of the UMary football team in 2023 and was awarded Strength and Conditioning Student Athlete of the Year from 2023 to 2024.
He aims to instill in his athletes a desire to attack every day and be great at everything they do. He believes each day is an opportunity and that attention to detail in the little things will prepare athletes for greater moments in sport and life.
Woroniecki enjoys working at Sanford Sports because of the amazing opportunities to work with the region’s student athletes and help them improve each day. He values working with athletes of all ages, from elementary school through college. He also appreciates the supportive environment of mentors pushing him to improve.
Woroniecki holds a Bachelor of Science in biomechanics and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
