Posted: July 21, 2025
Genre-defying band Whiskey Myers is coming to the Sanford Pentagon on Thursday, September 11 at 7:00 p.m. with doors opening at 6:00 p.m.
The six-person band born from East Texas and now renowned globally features Cody Cannon, John Jeffers, Cody Tate, Jeff Hogg, Tony Kent, and Jamey Gleaves. The Sanford Pentagon show takes place on the precipice of their seventh highly anticipated independent album, Whomp Whack Thunder, arriving on September 26. The band just released the latest preview of their forthcoming project, with “Midnight Woman” following the hard-hitting “Tailspin” and fiery lead single “Time Bomb” which is currently climbing the Top 40 at Active Rock radio, further solidifying Whiskey Myers’ growing crossover appeal.
“Whiskey Myers has a distinct sound and energy that fit the Sanford Pentagon perfectly,” said Jesse Smith, vice president of Sanford Sports. “We’re looking forward to a fantastic night of entertainment ahead of their new album release.”
Since its opening in 2013, the Sanford Pentagon has hosted several intimate concerts including Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Nelly, Cole Swindell, and Third Eye Blind.
Tickets for Whiskey Myers start at $45.75 and go on sale at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 25. Those interested in purchasing suites can reach out to Ryan Knudson at ryan.knudson@sanfordhealth.org.
