Our Spring High School Advanced Group Training is designed for serious athletes who are looking to continue to develop or refine their skill sets. These high-intensity sessions will focus on skill work such as ball-handling, finishing, shooting off the catch/move, footwork and 1-on-1 scoring moves. Competitive drills and small sided games will be incorporated so athletes can get a better feel on how to utilize the skills they are gaining.
