3-on-3 is one of the best ways to help give players more situational playing experience. With less offensive and defensive players on the floor, players are able to make more plays and get the ball in their hands more. This is one of the best ways for players to truly improve. We teach them basketball concepts such as on/off ball screens, reacting off drives, and how and when to move without the ball. Then they implement in live 3-on-3 play!
