Designed for children in 3rd–⁠5th grade, our Elementary Performance program focuses on enhancing athletic abilities such as speed, strength, coordination, and balance through teaching and developing proper lifting, running, and jumping techniques in a structured environment, run by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Dates: January 5–⁠February 27, 2026
Location: Sanford Sports - Bismarck
Days & Times:
Option A: Mondays & Wednesdays, 3–⁠4 p.m.
Option B: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:30–⁠4:30 p.m.
Option C: All four days (Monday–⁠Thursday)

Cost:
Option A and B: $200
Option C: $375
