Sanford Pentagon to host MMA event in August

MMA returns to the Sanford Pentagon on Friday, August 15 with a card from Legacy Fighting Alliance.

LFA 214 begins at 5:30 p.m. with the entire main card available worldwide on UFC FIGHT PASS® at 8 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m. Fights will be announced later.

This is the second LFA event hosted by the Pentagon this year. LFA 207 took place on April 18, featuring South Dakota State alum Cheyanne Bowers earning her 6th professional victory in the women’s flyweight over Elizabeth Rodriguez.

“We’re excited to showcase another excellent MMA event at the Sanford Pentagon,” said Jesse Smith, Sanford Sports vice president of operations. “We know LFA will deliver an exciting card for the fans. It’s always great to highlight some of the best up and coming talent in the MMA world.”

Tickets for LFA 214 will be available on Tuesday, June 24 at 10 a.m. CT on Ticketmaster and at the Sanford Pentagon box office.
