Lanoue loves being an active coach, staying engaged and providing real-time corrections and adjustments during games and training. She believes athletes grow the most when they think critically about their game and develop confidence in their decisions. She emphasizes the why behind her adjustments so athletes can learn to self-identify, self-correct and self-apply their skills to take ownership over their development.

She also values the positive and supportive culture Sanford Sports Academy creates, allowing her to build meaningful connections with players and other coaches. Lanoue enjoys working in a positive culture that encourages growth outside of sport.
