The SSA & NSU Rookies and Foundation Instructional Leagues are a 6 week series consisting of 30 minutes of skills work and 60 minutes of 4–5 inning games.

Location: NSU Koehler Hall of Fame Stadium
Dates: May 18–June 25, 2026 (varies based on age group)
Days: Mondays & Thursdays (varies based on age group)
Ages: 7U–14U
Time: 6:30–8 p.m.
