Program Details
The Sioux Falls figure skating strength program is open to ALL Sioux Falls Figure Skating Middle School and High School athletes. This program focuses on improving on-ice performance in a fun and supportive environment. The emphasis will be on strength, power, mobility and injury reduction exercises for skaters. All exercises and drills are programmed for your skill level and experience
- Sanford Knee Injury Prevention Program (SKIPP) exercises integrated each week
- Sanford Sports Performance Lab testing services available at a 20% discount

Dates: December 2–February 26
Location: Sanford Fieldhouse
Cost: $220 per athlete
Tuesday Session
Dates: December 2–February 24
Time: 4–5 p.m.
Thursday Session
Dates: December 4–February 26
Time: 7–8 p.m.
