Program Details
The Sioux Falls figure skating strength program is open to ALL Sioux Falls Figure Skating Middle School and High School athletes.
This program focuses on improving on-ice performance in a fun and supportive environment. The emphasis will be on strength, power, mobility and injury reduction exercises for skaters. All exercises and drills are programmed for your skill level and experience
- Sanford Knee Injury Prevention Program (SKIPP) exercises integrated each week
- Sanford Sports Performance Lab testing services available at a 20% discount

Location: Sanford Fieldhouse
Dates: June 2–August 11, 2026
Days: Tuesdays
Time: 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Cost: $220 per athlete
