Emphasis on strength, power, speed, acceleration and agility for all 16u Sanford Softball Academy athletes. Includes Sports Nutrition education presentation (i.e. healthy snacks, hydration, etc.). Sanford Sports Performance Lab testing services are available at an additional fee.
