Our Winter Thursday Night Training Group is a great opportunity for athletes who didn’t make a club team, can’t commit to a full season, want to better understand the game, or are simply looking for extra skill work. Each session (1 hour 15 minutes for 4–6th grade and 1 hour 30 minutes for 7–8th grade) focuses on developing fundamental volleyball skills, followed by live play or mini games to apply those skills in competition.
