Semi-personal group training geared towards young athletes ranging from grades 4-6.
This program runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. During this fundamental stage of training our coaches will focus on the following: agility, balance, and basic unloaded movement patterns, such as squatting, pushing, pulling, and hinging.
Our primary objective while training is to develop movement literacy, which serves as the foundation of sports specificity and long-term skill acquisition and motor coordination.
