Sanford Sports is hosting a POST RACE recovery night for athletes registered for the Grand Forks 5K, 10K, or 10 Mile!

The Recovery Night will include:

• Access to recovery tools including Normatec compression boots, foam rollers, and Hyperice percussion massage devices.
• Demonstrations of dry needling and soft tissue mobility techniques.
• On-site medical professionals to help answer any questions regarding your recovery.
• Complimentary protein and electrolyte samples
