Athletes will work with Ben Berg Academy coaches to refine their baseball mechanics and fundamentals. The academy will use Rapsodo feedback to identify areas of strength or weakness of the player for guided performance improvement. Athletes will work in small groups, and 1 on 1, on throwing and defensive mechanics for the catcher position.
