Basketball clinic to feature academy coordinator and professional skills trainers

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – A basketball clinic for 4th-12th graders at the Sanford Pentagon will feature the new basketball academy coordinator at the Pentagon and two professional skills trainers.

The Preseason Tune-Up Clinic is Nov. 22-23 and features Sanford Basketball Academy Coordinator Shane Hennen as well as renowned coaches Reid Ouse and Jared Berggren. Ouse is an NBA skills coach with over 55 clients. Through his training, Ouse has helped over 60 players make the jump from high school to college basketball. Berggren played six years of professional basketball and is now a professional skills trainer.

Athletes in grades 4-8 will participate on Nov. 22 from 6-8 p.m. Athletes in grades 9-12 will participate on Nov. 23 from 9 a.m.-noon. This camp is specifically designed to help improve overall skills needed to excel on the court.
