This camp is designed for athletes in grades 3-5. The Pre-Performance program aims to enhance children's athletic abilities through fundamental plyometric, speed, agility, and strength training exercises. At Sanford Sports, we provide the chance to participate in a structured program under the guidance of our experienced and certified staff.
