Madison Roemen started with Sanford Sports in 2024 as a lead event specialist. She earned her master’s degree in kinesiology and sport management from the University of South Dakota.

Roemen is a former collegiate athlete and knew she wanted to continue her career in the sports industry. She has previous experience as an administrative assistant, communications coordinator and event operator with Game On Sports Complex and Game On Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.

Roemen describes herself as engaging and motivational. She strives to ensure everyone who attends an event at the Sanford Sports Complex has the best experience possible. Roemen prioritizes creating an environment that promotes positivity and teamwork while fostering better interactions with customers and attendees.

Roemen enjoys working at the Sanford Sports Complex because every day is different, and she enjoys seeing the team collaborate to prepare for every tournament, concert, banquet, game and more.
