Sanford Pentagon Invitational Volleyball Tournament on Saturday

Six area high school teams make up the field for the inaugural Invitational tournament

(Sioux Falls, SD) - Six area high school teams make up the field for the inaugural Sanford Pentagon Invitational Volleyball Tournament scheduled for Saturday at the new facility at the Sanford Sports Complex.

Aberdeen Roncalli, Redfield, Sioux Valley, Dell Rapids, Chester and Sioux Falls Lincoln are part of a six-match tournament that begins at 10 a.m. All matches will be played on the Pentagon’s Heritage Court, which can accommodate up to three playing surfaces.

Tickets can be purchased at the Pentagon box office the day of the tournament.

10 a.m.           Sioux Valley vs. Dell Rapids

                         Chester vs. Sioux Falls Lincoln 

11:30 a.m.     Sioux Falls Lincoln vs. Redfield

                         Dell Rapids vs. Aberdeen Roncalli 

1 p.m.              Sioux Valley vs. Aberdeen Roncalli

                         Chester vs. Redfield

3 p.m.              Fifth-Place Match

4:30 p.m.        Third-Place Match

6 p.m.              Championship Match
